Mr. Ng oversees the running of the EtonHouse schools in Singapore, China and the Region. As a second-generation entrepreneur and son of founder Ng Gim Choo, he is driven to take the group to the next level — he has been instrumental in creating new brands such as the Middleton International School, a revolutionary niche of affordable international schools in Singapore, and The Eton Academy that provides high-quality academic enrichment to students from pre-school to primary.

Before joining EtonHouse, Mr. Ng worked in the finance industry in the United States. He was an investment banking analyst at Credit Suisse’s New York Global Industrials Group, where he focused on mergers, acquisitions, and debt and equity financings. After that Mr. Ng joined North Run Capital, a hedge fund based in Boston, where he sourced, researched, analysed, and executed investments.

In his free time, he enjoys the outdoors, adventure sports, and pursuing mindfulness as he leads and nurtures a culture of mindfulness and well-being in the organisation. A father of twin boys, Yi-Xian is experiencing the joys and challenges of parenthood. At the same time, he also oversees the education and well-being of more than 25,000 students in the EtonHouse schools
