Bio

Noshaba has over 25 years of experience in education as a teacher, counselor, trainer, and consultant for grades PreK-12. Fluent in multiple languages, she deeply understands the challenges of acquiring English as a second language. She has provided professional development to over 20,000 educators, including teachers, administrators, and officials both nationally and internationally.

Noshaba has presented for the U.S. National Reading Panel, County Offices of Education, top universities, CABE, and the U.S. Department of Education. She has also conducted research with Stanford University, UOP, and SJSU. For 17 years, she directed curriculum and instruction at a non-profit school serving predominantly immigrant children. Additionally, she has volunteered as the Educational Coordinator for the GiveLight Foundation, specializing in language acquisition for orphans worldwide.
