Dr. Joel M. Evans is an Associate Professor of Management and Academic Director of the Executive-MBA program at the Mohammed Bin Salman College of Business and Entrepreneurship. He carries a PhD in Management from the University of Arizona, an MS in Management from Penn State University, and a BS degree in business from Brigham Young University. Prior to joining MBSC, he held appointments at Alfaisal University in Riyadh as well as Samsung's SKK Graduate School of Business in Seoul, South Korea. He has also been privileged to be a Visiting International Faculty Fellow at MIT and a visiting scholar at Babson College. He coaches MBA students and executives in the areas of leadership, negotiations and conflict management, and business ethics. And he is pleased to have been a founding faculty member at MBSC and to be witness to the marvelous entrepreneurial developments in the Kingdom in pursuit of Vision 2030.
