Bio

Liz has a diverse background in Law, Psychology, and Counselling, coupled with 21 years of experience teaching PSHE, Psychology, and Moral Education in both the UK and internationally. Her passion lies in supporting the wellbeing of students, staff, and parents as they navigate life's challenges. Liz has held key roles, including as a member of the Senior Leadership Team and Safeguarding Lead in three international schools.

A recent milestone in her academic journey was earning a Master's in Inclusive Educational Leadership in July 2024. Liz is eager to apply the insights from her dissertation on Dyslexia and Wellbeing to her work. Originally from Lancashire, UK, she has called Abu Dhabi home for the past 12 years. Outside of her professional life, Liz enjoys practicing yoga, camping in the desert, and serving as a taxi driver to her two busy children.

Sessions

The session seeks to address the issue of child protection to further explore effective mechanisms and tools to confront the threats of intellectual invasion and destructive messages targeting children and teenagers
