Kathy joined KAUST in 2011, where she is currently the Director of Talent Management & Development at KAUST overseeing talent management and organizational & learning development, successfully building a talent management and development ecosystem to help advance the mission of KAUST.
Kathy holds a Masters in International Business Management, and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, and is a Chartered Fellow CIPD member.
