Adele is a creative, passionate school leader with experience gained in the Middle East and the UK. She has been a senior leader in some of the top independent schools and most recently was the Founding Principal at Downe House Riyadh. In her current role, Adele works for one of the leading educational groups in the MENA region, developing their portfolio of schools within KSA, the UAE and Bahrain. Adele is a strong advocate for developing schools and examination systems to meet the current and future needs of students living through the fourth industrial revolution. She challenges herself to use their leadership position to nurture and grow others.
