Bio

Hans Ott is an accomplished leader with extensive experience spanning over 25 years across various roles in education, including teacher, school administrator, assistant superintendent, school board member, international delegate, adjunct professor, and parent. His expertise covers managing and developing educational programs for student populations ranging from 150 to 35,000 in rural, suburban, urban, and international settings. Hans has successfully fostered constructive cultures among staff, students, and families, emphasizing the education of the whole child through innovative, well rounded programs.

For the past three years, he has served as the Director of Teaching & Learning at the International Schools Group, overseeing a network of five schools that offer American and British curricula. Additionally, he plays a pivotal role in the Education Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce in Saudi Arabia, where he contributes to advancing educational initiatives across the Kingdom.
