Dr. Randa has a PhD in Education: Teaching Excellence and Quality in Higher Education from The University of Sheffield, England, Master of Arts in Educational Administration and Policy Studies, and Post Graduate Diploma in Educational Leadership and Management form The American University of Beirut, and Licentiate in Psychology with emphasis in Educational Psychology.
