Varath brings a wealth of experience in innovating educational content and solutions. Before his tenure at Ei, he spent seven years at Equitas Microfinance, where he launched several for-profit products and social initiatives in sectors like education, healthcare, and retail. At Ei, he has led the development of assessment and learning products focused on computational thinking. He previously led New Initiatives at Equitas and then founded an English fluency startup that scaled to 500,000 users. Varath holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from IIT Madras and an MBA from IIM Bangalore.
